High quality training with a clean facility and world class instructors. Strong competitors that regularly win competitions. For the rest of us, an amazing place to meet cool people and learn something new :) several people train here with their whole family!
Started my BJJ journey here, and was always treated with kindness. For those that are interested in going beyond BJJ, this is a full MMA gym with a cage as well!

Friendly people, great rolls, and incredible facility!!
Ive dropped in at a decent amount of Jiu jitsu gyms, but this one was seriously impressive.
The lady at the front desk was very friendly and showed me around. The gym has massive mat space and locker room with showers. The teaching was excellent and rolls were competitive.

I've been part of SF for almost 2 years now, and it's been an incredible experience for me and my kids. This place is like a hidden gem in the martial arts world. As soon as we walked in, we could feel the dedication, respect, and high-quality training.
The instructors at SF are top-notch. They really know their stuff and are great at teaching it. They've not only helped me improve but have also been fantastic with my kids, adapting their teaching to all skill levels.
Training here is both challenging and friendly, creating a motivating atmosphere. It's a place where we learn from each other and have made some awesome friends.
On top of that, SF takes safety and respect seriously. They've built a positive and welcoming community where my family and I feel right at home.
I can't say enough good things about SF. It's been a game-changer for me and my kids. Whether you're a newbie or a pro, this school offers top-quality instruction and a friendly community. We're really thankful for the chance to train here.
