Inspired has the best customer service (friendly, prompt, and excellent communication) and fully backs up its products. I purchased a cabinet LED lighting system in 2019. When one of the transformers stopped, Inspired promptly replaced it with no hassle. You got yourself a loyal customer. Thank you.

I was hesitant to call this place because my project was small, and I'm on a tight budget, but I tried to fix my cheap system on my own and I couldn't source the parts I needed. After several Amazon returns & visits to home depot, ace, etc I caved. I'm so glad I did, and I couldn't be happier with this company! When I called, the woman on the phone was so nice and assured me that my specific problem was easily fixable, and that I could come in to the showroom and talk with a tech. When I got there, Grant was super helpful, and very enthusiastic. I was worried that my fix was going to be expensive, but he showed me the varying products on different price ranges to work within my budget. He took a look at my project and suggested ways to keep the price down, while making improvements on my system. They make their own parts, which are so much better than what is available in stores. I got the lower cost lights which are so much brighter than the old ones, it was a huge step up. They are dimmable and color changing like my previous tape lights. In order to keep the price within my budget, they left the one strand around my bed, and upgraded the floor and living area lights. I'm able to see my cooking so much clearer now! The remote works without line of sight, glows in the dark so I can see it when the lights are off, and came with a wall holster so I won't misplace it. Even the owner came in to help solder some tough to reach places...he's super nice, and he bought his whole staff lunch when I was there! These people are passionate about what they do, and they do quality work. It looks so nice! I definitely recommend them. I live in my van, but they didn't make me feel poor. They took my project seriously and helped me improve my life, while staying within budget. I'm so grateful for this experience! Definitely go with this company for your project, you won't be disappointed. They also explained possible issues, provided troubleshooting tips, and gave me a number to call if I need help...but I have a feeling I won't be having any issues. Solid work! I took a video, but can't figure out how to upload it, but I added pictures instead. The lights in the back are the cheap Amazon strand, the ones under the cabinets & by the floor are theirs. You can see how much brighter they are. Since I didn't need them so bright in my bedroom area I was able to save $ by keeping the old strand. They just connected the old ones to the new ones.
