I just got my fiber installed this morning thanks to the help of Don, Romeo, and Imho. They were all very professional and considerate of the building and making sure everything was done right. The end result was a very clean installation process and I couldn't be more excited to use my new gigabit fiber internet!

Transcend is now called WaveVision in Arizona (Headquarters in Texas). Since the company transition this is one of the WORST internet service options I have ever encountered. The internet goes down everyday, extreme lag, and no customer service. Further, this was the most expensive (by 3x normal rate) service I have ever purchased. I tolerated the high cost when they were Transcend because service was generally reliable. To paint a picture. I have been a client of this company for 8 years and the lack of service was so bad that I had to cancel my account and go with a competing company (that I loath) because WaveVision would not address these chronic issues. Not at all transcendent.

Had Transcend for about a year when I first moved here. The service I received was horrible. I constantly had dropped phone service and internet. they kept saying that they couldn't find a problem. After my contract was up I promptly contacted Quest (now Centurylink) and have not had ANY issues thus far after 4 years. After calling transcend and requesting they come out and pick up their equipment the technician while on the roof broke 2 of our roof tiles..... My opinion....get Dial up before you go with this company. It would be more reliable and less stressful!

Transcend has great speeds and excellent customer service. They installed my internet the same day I called!
