        The initial email response from my online request for a General Liability Insurance quote was pretty quick. But everything else about the customer experience needs some attention! I was continually promised a quotation on my insurance policy. Additional information was requested from me, which I submitted 3 hours later. Then, every email was responded to with "you should have it tomorrow, or maybe later today!". I never received a quote. 3 weeks later - I'm going to go spend my money on an agency that actually seems to want my business.
