Mike Hermann and Michelle in the office are top notch!!! Suprisingly Farmers has way better coverage for a much better rate !!!! I know MANY people who have Mike as an agent & he will ALWAYS FIGHT 4 HIS CLIENTS!!!! You can't go wrong with this agency!!!! A+++++++

Michelle Garrison saved my bacon. Today Michelle saved me from having to tell a family that they could not have the home they needed and wanted. For months they worked so hard on their credit, saved every penny, and made real sacrifices for this home but it was not going to be theirs anyway. This was not a "Can you get your quote lower so that my customer can qualify" type of thing, that happens sometimes but its not a big deal. This was a "Do you have the technical expertise to make your insurance policy meet an obscure lending guideline? Two loan officers, Two days and dozens of emails and phone calls to every insurance agent we could find couldn't do it. The actual guideline is boring and long but essentially, she figured out how to politely fit a square peg in a round hole, underwater, in the dark and against the clock one handed and there were sharks. All kidding aside, after they close on the house I will make sure the family knows what you did for them.
