True Food Kitchen To-Go

Amazing! I recommend trying their vegan pizza options (: servers were very nice and attentive! Split the salad for us and had great recommendations for drinks!

If you want to enjoy True Food Kitchen, make sure to eat in. Ordering delivery and having it come to completion is very inconsistent. Today I ordered delivery and had the order canceled after 40 minutes (when it was supposed to be delivered by). Very disappointed.

They not only cancelled our order and had the Uber driver wait over 30 minutes, but they wouldnt pick up their phone or even communicate with the driver when she was there trying to talk to her. Couldnt get any food or a human in person or on the phone to explain anything.

I was excited to hear that there was a True Food Kitchen near me in Tempe, so after work I decided I'd order some food and check it out.I ordered the grass-fed burger which said it would be finished in 20 minutes (super fast).  So I left my house pretty soon to go grab my dinner after a long day doing an install at a house for work.I got there and when I talked to the two employees working at To-Go location - not True Foods employees I believe - they had accidentally given my order to someone else.  Unfortunate, but not a huge problem.  I've worked at in To-Go's before and accidents happened.  They were nice enough to apologize and gave me a number I could call to figure out my problem the next day.  I ordered a burrito from another restaurant at the To-Go place and called it a night.I call the number the next day and the guy who answered asked me how I got this number and was a little taken aback that I had his personal #.  Sorry, had no idea.  Just what I was given.  He asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement meal and asked what I ordered.  I told him the order and he said he'd throw in a free water. Sure, whatever.  I go to the To-Go location once again to get my food and tell them that I'm expecting an order.  They tell me they aren't going to remake it.I ask to speak to a manager.  I'm confused because I just talked to someone on the phone who said my food would be remade.  One of the True-Foods employees then comes forward and gives me a cell phone with a 'mananger' or whoever's in charge at this To-Go location and I am promptly accused of trying to get free stuff.  I'm confused because I just talked to someone about getting my order remade, the one I payed for last night.  The man on the phone told me that I was getting a refund.  I'm frustrated but write it off as just another disgruntled manager. Today I remembered about this refund coming in, so I looked through my bank account for the refund.  It never came in.  Will be calling someone tomorrow.  Happy to show my bank statement to a higher up.Really crappy service.  Would not ever go back here.Oh, and last thing.  When I showed up to get my remake, I got a text from someone in the True Foods Kitchen saying 'Go home son'  then 'your money will be there tomorrow'.  I don't get angry often, in fact it's pretty rare.  But this made me livid.
