        I went to purchase a firearm and after I paid they told me there was a 5 day wait. Should of told me before I gave them the money. Then they called me back a few days later saying I was denied and refused to give me a full refund. They got me for almost 100 dollars and then they wrote me a check

        I absolutely love this place. It's my definite and only go to for guns, ammo and accessories. This is geographically the closest gun store to my home but my loyalty to alpha dog has nothing to do with proximity. It's definitely all about the ownership and people who work there. They are all friendly, knowledgeable and firm believers in their cause (2nd Amendment and preservation of constitutional rights) On an important side note - their prices are also blowing pretty much anything else I've seen, including most online vendors and prices, out the water. HIGHLY recommend that you check these guys out for all of your fire arm, home protection and hunting needs.

      Hey sorry to hear about that. So, since I want to make sure there's 100% transparency...We don't make the final decision on if a firearm can be transferred. That decision is made by the FBI and they make that decision after you fill out a 4473 background check. 95% of all background checks are immediately approved within a few minutes. Sometimes the FBI takes a few days to conduct the check, and that is 100,000% out of our control.When you're prohibited from owning a firearm you have to go through the FBI to contest their decision. Because we still have to do all the paperwork and other things, we charge you our fee for running a background which is $50. You were charged $50 that is 100% applied to your purchase upon successful completion of the FBI background. Come back with the paperwork provided from the FBI that says you can posses a firearm and you're not out a dime.All of these terms and conditions are both on our website and on the receipt at the time of purchase. We issue a check on refunds as we don't keep large amounts of cash in store. On average, less than 1% of all people who attempt to purchase from our store are denied a firearm, and while our policies and procedures may seem inconvenient in this case, we do apologize but we look forward to taking care of you as soon as you take care of the FBI denial.
