Spoke to them about a bathroom remodeling. They said they would have an estimater call me back. That was 3 weeks ago.

And 2 years after the fact they waste customer time responding to a review. While claiming they are timely. God God there are no standards and about 1 shared brain cell amongst the majority of the construction companies I've encountered here!

Find another company. We hired structures (McCurdy sister company) to create a built in office desk and a bench for a dining room table. We have had ZERO communication with this company for over 5 months at this point. They happily took a $10k+ deposit and have proceeded to ignore us. Even after going to meet the owner and being assured communication would be a priority, they have still not responded to us after 3 weeks. Basically we were told the project would be completed in 3 months. It has now been 5 months and we dont even know if our cabinets have been ordered. I would highly recommend NOT to use this company and find another group. We are very worried this could actually be a scam company that has no intention of completeing our project. We had an overall positive experience with McCurdy Construction on the remodel of our master bathroom.  In our opinion, the quality of the workmanship and materials was top notch.  The design phase with Kaitlyn was clear, pleasant, and insightful.  The team that worked on our project - Anthony, Zach, Eric, and all of the others - were polite, professional, experienced and knowledgeable.  We felt like they were up-front with us when issues came up and give us a clear picture of our options.  They were respectful of our home, taking the time to protect the areas that they were working in.  We have been very pleased with the final outcome.Our only critiques are that communication was challenging at the beginning of the project, as we were promised an initial bid within two weeks' time.  That didn't happen, and it was difficult to establish regular, reliable communication.  It was also estimated when the construction phase on our project began in early January that it would be completed by the end of February, perhaps spilling into March a bit.  There were long stretches when no work or minimal work occurred, and the project was completed in May. This was longer than we were anticipating and created some challenges for our family.  Overall, we were happy with the outcome and would use them again when the need or situation arises.
