Advanced Family Medicine: J. Halloum, MD

This doctor is so unprofessional and due to this his staff gets the blame. I apparently was hired by this man and he never paid me and then ghosted me.

I rarely leave reviews... and when I do, it's either a 1 star or a 5 star! There is no in-between! I understand everyone's experience is different, so I can only speak for myself. This doctor is the best PC physician I have ever had! Dr. Halloum is the type of doctor who does not dismiss your concerns. He will leave no stone unturned until he gets down to the root of your problem. His office staff always answers on the dial, and they will answer your questions and relay your message to the doctor. For a one man ran practice, I have got to give Dr. Halloum his flowers. His office is very accommodating, and many times, I have been seen on the same day I call instead of being pushed to the ER as do other medical practitioners. This, I truly appreciate and speak volumes about the type of human and doctor he is. I wish I had discovered Dr. Halloum a long time ago, and I would have been his patient sooner than later! But, it's still never too late because I get to have one of the best as my PC doctor!

I was looking for a doctor while I'm on vacation here in Tempe. The office staff Claudia who took my call was friendly and very efficient and I had an appointment scheduled for two days later. Thank you!

good dr HORRIBLE and rude front desk staff. The lady who now answers the phone and the billing lady should NEVER work in a care industry and actually leaves a bad taste in regards to the office. Billing not done properly and instead of her trying to figure out why she gets an attitude and hangs up. meanwhile you still have a billing issue. Terrible and i may leave this dr sadly because of it. They should work in a barn with animals and not people because thats how they act.
