Originally very nice and professional, and got offered a job at a Computer assembly Plant in the suburban Phoenix area. That job had unprofessional trainers and people claiming they were mangers invloved in it. I was let go after situations out of my control pushed back my start date, and when I did start, again, on the job trainers were lack luster at best. Was told not not to return and Eastridge "attempted" to find me another job, but ultimately stopped returning my calls/texts. I gave up trying to find jobs through them and got rehired at another company I previously worked for. Would not recommend.

Great out of the gate but this company my experience lacks professionalism! V/M's left for 2 weeks 3-4 calls in total zero call backs. I did everything I could and was in beyond pain when I had to resign due too the position I was hired for never was presented to me. Very disappointed by this so get whatever they offer in writing. I shouldn't have been forced to leave based on the pain the position caused me! That's not fair I showed up and did a good job. Felt so worthless the way they treated me once I was there. That job they told me about was just to hire me as a grunt! Too old to be grunt working thanks for wasting my time and effort though.

Pay was okay that's why 3 stars but otherwise a regular job is much better and easier.

MacKenzie was helpful and assisted me right away whenever I needed it. Now Ive moved on as an employee.

I have been going around for months trying to have a better job opportunity. But their training is only in English. The staff is very friendly.
