      Hello Angelica. It was such a shame to see this review. My Senior Operations Specialist does not speak fluent enough Spanish to be able to interview you and the group of people who were with you, however we all understood the derogatory statement you or someone in your group made about her. We are a respectful and professional business. We will not lower ourselves to the standards of accepting how you and your group was treating her. At the moment we do not have any clients who could effectively communicate with employees who do not speak any English. We all wish you and your group better luck elsewhere.
