Horrible recent experience.no respect for your position in regards to follow up from account managers ever. So, theres no truth to roles. Also even worse, never pays you on time. Also will mess up on your checks back to back and never apologizes or follows up. The payroll dept is a mess plan and simple. Ignores emails and rarely calls back. This isnt the Tek Systems my family and I grew up knowing to be a compassionate and caring staff or takes care of contractors. Beware you are just a number and will be lead on by recruiters for sales pitches not longevity or stability. Speechless..

Its rare that I make any reviews, but I thought I'd go ahead and make this review for folks to be aware. As a Veteran, I take pride in how I present and conduct myself. Even though I've heard many great things about TEKSystems, let me point out the negatives. TEKSystems, the Tempe location has to be one of the most unprofessional work environments I've ever been around. There's lots of bias and misconduct unbecoming of those in leadership positions. There's a "Clique" mentality thats promoted in this office where it creates a hostile work environment. Elle, for example, needs remedial training in how to properly communicate with her staff. I've never encountered such a reckless/careless individual. Theres lots of abuse of power taking place here based off of my observations. No regard for personal nor professional courtesy. Of course, I shouldn't have to mention names, but this is the only way to bring a problem to light. TEKSystems, my advice to you as a Veteran friendly organization is to either re-train or get rid of these toxic individuals. I can throw out plenty more names, but Elle is one that sticks out most.
