I received a defective variac on Monday evening, called Circuit Specialists Tuesday morning, they were pleasant and apologetic about the problem and shipped a replacement the same day. They even sent an upgraded model, which arrived Thursday night. You can't do better than that! Many thanks, Tom

They sell everything through their website so I suggest you place an order for pick up so you can access their vast inventory. And don't let me start on those fancy solsering station because I would go on for hours.

Talk about service, Roy at circuit specialists knocked my socks off. and I am still looking for them. When I called up he was knowlegable and steered me to the exact product I needed. Even when I called back with the specs, guess what he was right on the money, he even gave me directions to their warehouse for will call and I live across town. Employees who go above and beyond in today's world are rare. Roy is an asset to this company and is a reason they are successful. If you need anything electronic this is the company to go to. don't hesistate, you are in the best of hands and can trust the information they provide. You need not go anywhere else. Fry's electronics may be gone but circuit specialists was here before and will be here in the future. Why, because they know their niche. Thank you for being there and thank you Roy for your knowledge and experience and for sharing it. You made my life easier.
