I purchased a power amplifier with a 10 day Guarantee. It was completely empty inside set alone DOA. Grady gave me the run around for a week. Oh, I'll have it out tomorrow. oh, I forgot, I'll have it out tomorrow. I'm done with this company. The Grady guy is beyond rude
