We are so glad to have Randy as our "IT department" for our small business! He's fixed strange problems, chasing them down and eliminating them, as well as identifying issues we weren't even aware of. Randy Saxton has helped me over a number of years with computer and other tech problems. He has been particularly helpful when dealing with network issues in instances where immediate help was needed and (due to whatever way he set up the network and the equipment he used) was able to remotely address all to almost all of our issues to the point that work could resume with little to no trouble or until he could come out to fix it completely (if needed). Randy has always been friendly and (being that I am just about computer illiterate) has been incredibly patient as well, easily and patiently answering/explaining every question I have had. He works clean, meticulously, and with an incredible efficiency. I highly recommend his services to anyone. Great guy. Great work.

Randy showed up on time, was professional and completely went through my entire office with me as a new computer needs client. I needed an IT guy that can help me with my server, viruses, networking or my network, he helped make sure my Wi-Fi is secure and hidden. Randy drove from Tempe, through a bit of Chandler, into Mesa to see me at my Insurance and Financial Services office. He will be working at my home office in Gilbert. Randy is not the cheapest guy in town. I have fired 10 of the cheapest guys in town. My business and my time are important to me. When your business computers are down, my business is down. What does that cost me? I would rather pay a professional computer tech to be perfect than miss things that should have been brought up. I was also happy that Randy told me to get multiple monitors for higher staff productivity. I had no idea that each additional monitor will give 19-44% more productivity. I now have 3 monitors per work station.  I will recommend him for all business owners, professionals, and people who understand the value of their time.
