Slow communications. sent 8 tax returns to our home - no signature required - left outside our door for a package thief to have 8 social security numbers to steal. UNBELIEVABLE.

They handled my back taxes for my sisters estate in the most efficient and timely manor. The completed package was tidy and easy to follow. They completed six years of past due State and Federal taxes resulting in only one year of Federal tax due, this resulted in 11 years of refunds due. A GREAT JOB well done.

I've worked with Barbara, Roberta and Robin for 14 yrs. They've always been accessible and available for questions over the course of a year and quick to turn around documents.
