        Customer service is horrible, they make me feel like Im trying to commit fraud by trying to cash a check from my job. Im closing my account. First convenience bank is so inconvenient.

        The one star is simply cause theres no option for zero I had an account years ago and now I remember why I stopped banking here to begin with now Im stuck with overdraft fees for a mistake your bank made and then they tell me to request my employer to reimburse me lol what a joke never again glad it happened before I opened an account for my kids

        Been a customer for over 4 yrs.. deposit over 10k a month and they dont make you feel like theyre on your side.. wont do all they can to help.. its kind of like cashing a Bank of Americas check at Wells Fargo.. just seems like a hassle.. I have issues making deposits from the same place my payroll come through.. Just a let down..
