        1 branch open in the entire city for only 3 hours, 2 tellers working, line 40 ppl long goes out into the street. Absolutely ridiculous.

        I visited this branch about 3 weeks ago to get a cashier check. While other Wells Fargo branches were closed due to pandemic, I received a great service in this branch once I arrived there. I recommend it!

        The last more than few times I have been here have been the same…. I’ve waited in line for like at least half an hour, HUGE LINE, and only 2 tellers. Seems pretty unacceptable to me. Get more tellers!

        20+ people with only 3 tellers. only wells fargo open on saturdays so you’re forced to go to this location. they make customers stand in the 100+ degree heat and don’t offer water. i personally stood out in the heat for 3 saturdays in a row (i HAVE to make deposits for my work) for almost an hour. tellers move slow and the staff isn’t very nice. wells fargo should have left their other competent and faster locations open then making it the lakeshore location.
