        Ive been coming to this location for years and I want to love it but it just keeps missing the mark, especially recently. My online order is always ready quickly which is nice but why are you guys charging almost $2 for the smallest amount of cream cheese you could possibly put on a bagel?

        I've been to this location 5 times in the last 2 weeks and each time it just gets worse. Management, please hire more staff and get rid of all the ones currently working there.

        Maybe if you don't talk on the phone the entire time you're making my ham egg and cheese bagel, you won't give me a ham egg and swiss. But you didn't read the order because you were focused on your phone call. Hang up, serve the customer, call back. Pretty simple.
