Don't bother calling with questions. The idea of customer service seems to be a foreign concept to Tony, who seems to be the guy in charge. I called asking when I could be serviced and what times they were open through the week. His responses were curt to the point of rudeness and argumentative. I was cut off several times during the span of my SHORT call, even when I was basically going to do THEM a service and correct the times Google Maps has displayed. However, he "doesn't care what Google Maps says." So the times will remain as they are. Woe to the poor customer who trusts the display and then gets there when they're closed. Edit: Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one with this experience. On top of that, it's NEVER a good sign when the OWNER - who is supposed to be the face of the business - argues with customers on the phone, in person, or especially in reviews. It doesn't look good.

This guy is genuinely not a nice person. If you have any questions you will be met with a rude rebuttal. Makes people wait outside (even though there is a lobby), maybe thats what I get for drinking and driving but that is still no way to treat a paying customer. Took business else where and have had service with a smile since:)

Please show youre customers more Kindness, Dignity, & Respect. Although, they may have made a mistake they are still human beings.
