Service I paid for was rendered professionally and with quality.
However, I was not notified when my vehicle was ready and had to call at the end of my work shift. My seat and steering wheel position was also modified which seems unnecessary for a simple oil change. Will have more work done here but a little rough around the edges.

I had taken my car to the dealership in the past, but since I had gotten to know the guys at The Car Shop, I felt I could trust them with my vehicle issues. Without going into too much detail, my car all of a sudden started to sound like an Indy race car......not the engine, but just a loud constant noise....the faster I went, the louder it got. Took it to Travis and within a couple hours they diagnosed the issue and wrote me a quote. It wasn't a simple fix, and I know for sure from past experience, my dealership would have charged me much more. I picked up the car and as I drove down the street and got up to speed, no noise and the smooth ride I was used to. Travis told me Jeff was the mechanic that used his knowledge and experience to fix the issue. Who knew a car had a "knuckle," and and bearings that would go bad. Jeff did, that's who. Thanks to The Car Shop for their friendliness, professionalism and their hard work ethic.
