        I used Core Auto for the few years I lived in Phoenix. They always treated me fair and did quality work. I guess that's why I'm so disappointed right now. I'm selling the vehicle they worked on many times, I now live in Colorado, I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over 2 weeks weeks now so they can send me my repair and maintenance report for those years. I have called and left several VMs and sent several emails. I have also been reaching out to the owner with absolutely no help. So it appears that customer service only applies if they are making money off of you!

        Andre helped me out so much. Was going to be stuck in town needed a part replaced right away. They were able to get me in same day and for a great price. Highly recommend getting service done here. Honest and high quality!

        I had a part replaced by the CORE team in July 2020; since then, the part has once again failed but I have moved away. I have requested the part's warranty information and documentation from Andre for *months* now, and despite multiple attempts at civil phone calls from both myself and my new mechanic, have yet to receive any information, and have essentially been strung along on a wild goose chase of flimsy excuses. These actions do not reflect a respectable company and reek of shady business practices. Incredibly disappointing and would not recommend anyone bring their car here. Services: Engine repair, Auto engine diagnostic
