M. Pam Forness

Pam has what I call "legal teeth!" She fought for me in the court room. She made sure that the law was reasonable, and put the other party in check when they couldn't fulfill their responsibilities; the case was dismissed! I have her card in my wallet; If I ever need legal representation again, I'm calling her office! Thanks Pam!

I have retained Pam's services on 2 occasions and have not been disappointed. She is efficient, knowledgeable, and respected by the court. Pam was a life safer !! Because of an incompetent attorney my criminal traffic trial was going to end up with points, fines, traffic school and possible jail time . After firing that attorney I contacted Pam Forness and she turned things around in such short time and did an amazing job at the trial . I only have to take traffic school and that is a miracle ! Thank you Pam for everything!!

Pam is a very sharp and professional attorney. I had a bit of an oddball traffic citation and she handled it beautifully. She brought up arguments that frankly I wouldn't have considered.....I watched as she began her line of questioning and quickly outmaneuvered the DPS Trooper to the point that he began fumbling his responses. There was no doubt that she was advocating for me and was very deliberate and tenacious in court. Regardless of what the outcome would have been (I/we thankfully prevailed), I still would feel the same way. A very positive experience and I'd highly recommend her.
