        My husband and I would like to acknowledge our new property manager Idania for turning this property around at Galleria Palms the upkeep of the grounds and management is better than ever! She is very friendly and has a great and helpful attitude. Makes it a pleasure to live here.

        Their management company (Greystar) is currently being sued for price fixing. Avoid ANY GREYSTAR properties at all costs!

        I love the apartments here. My only complaint is that the water does not get hot enough. Alphonso came over today to fix the hot water and he was super nice and professional. He answered all my questions and solved my problems super fast. 10/10
