    Theres been so many property management companies and still No changes only in the rent has increased. AC Cooling system shutdown In July Pools are not clean Dog poop everywhere Maintenance takes forever to get any kind of work done.

    I wish I can give it a negative 5 stars the front desk people are fake they act a way But soon as you have problems with your apartment they say it's the way your doing somthing water stinks washer stinks wake up every morning to a nasty smell I put in work orders for a whole year and never got fixed the maintenance guys where really cool but front desk people are really bad should have look at the reviews before ever moving in please don't move in there you will not like it and just because the model apartment looks nice I promise what they move you in will not be looking nothing like that .

    Please do not move here. There is very poor management and they do not care. Their main purpose is to collect as much money as they can from you. They do not care about the comfort and wellbeing of their tenants. 2 years ago, there were red flags the very first day I was supposed to get the keys for my apartment. I called in the afternoon to ask them if my keys are ready to be picked up. They told me that theyll check and then call me back. When they called me back, they told me that my apartment wont be ready until the following Monday, when I was supposed to get the keys on that Friday.. I had already signed the lease and paid all of the fees 3 weeks prior and planned everything around the day I was supposed to move in. They ended up moving me into a different unit due to their incompetence. They knew which unit I was moving into at least 3 weeks prior and couldnt bother to check the unit until I actually called them about it. Maintenance seems almost nonexistent. I had an issue with my toilet tank leaking when I first moved in. I put in a service request for it and its NEVER been resolved. They never responded to my request. I just leave a container there to catch the water. Thats how Ive been dealing with it for the past 2 years. I cant rely on their services. When it comes to air conditioning, the tenants have no control whatsoever. They have centralized air conditioning. They have full control whether the tenants have cooling or heating available. If youre the type of person who requires good air conditioning for comfort then DO NOT move here. I made the mistake of renewing my lease last year, since I didnt want to move. I regret it and can not wait until my lease ends in a few months. Also, if you complain to them about the air conditioning, then they expect you to spend money on a fan or a heater. They try to compensate for their own shortcomings. They will also add additional fees to your rent. Please pay attention to how much they are charging you if you decide to live here.They ended up charging more renters insurance shortly after I renewed my lease, even when I showed them proof of my renters insurance when I renewed. They coincidentally updated their policy a few weeks after I renewed my lease. Due to poor communication, I ended up losing over $300 because of that. They tell me the money is nonrefundable, of course. However, they are VERY vocal if you dont give them their money. I once mistakenly shorted them about $20 on rent. They decided to post a notice on my front door, threatening to charge me a late fee over $20. That brings me to my next point. They use Conservice for their utilities. My mistake was trusting the values on that website. I just try to overpay on my rent now so that I dont owe them anything. Also, the utilities are split between everyone in the complex. If youre not home a lot then youre still paying the same as your neighbors who are home 24/7. Please, do not move here. As Im typing this, my apartment is over 80 degrees. I currently have 3 fans blowing on me. As Ive said before, they do not care. They are innately greedy. They thrive on your money. If enough people move out of this place, and if they lose future tenants, then they will be forced to change.
