Overall: Not enough care at this location from management. They know how to sell this place but not to take care of it.
Move in: My place was in need of >10 repair orders when I moved in. It was messy with dead bugs and dust. The fan, door, dishwasher, and bathrooms all needed maintenance to fix upon move in.
Amenities: The pool area is clean and usually full of kids in the summer time. The gym has only been seriously cleaned once during the year I lived here. It is constantly dusty inside. There are weights missing from certain levels.
Sound: Overall the noise level here is not bad. Generally it is pretty quiet outside. The only problem is that the walls/windows are so poorly insulated that you will hear a normal conversation outside your window. Anything loud at night you will hear like it is in your living room. Students come home late on the weekends and are very loud and disruptive.
Location: Close to Mill and the shops located in the plaza next to the Enclave. I enjoy walking to Sprouts and the pond with the turtles.
Rent: The rent you see posted on the website is under inflated by a lot of fees for things like garbage removal and a monthly parcel pending charge. These aren't a lot but they definitely add up especially if you don't use them all the time. Unfortunately they will raise your rent regardless of market conditions. Their website currently has 2 bed 2 bath units available for $1530 per month and they are raising people's rents from $1740 -> $1850. This is before all the other fees I mentioned above. They know how to entice people to rent but not how to keep them.

After a move-in issue with different office people running things,
it's been pretty good.
It's an apartment, so there's other people and some pet messes to deal with. Normal noise at normal hours are expected. But not extra ordinary.
The staff has been much better now that they got rid of the bad seeds in the office and the service is great. If you have an issue you can simply login online and set up a work order. Earl and his team are quick to resolve any issues. He has a lot to deal with, but still treats you with respect and courtesy.
We renewed our lease recently and plan to stay for another term.

Elizabeth is extremely helpful and super friendly! Worked with us to get into the apartment! The apartments are very clean and comfortable!

I have lived here for sometime now and I have really enjoyed living here. The place is always clean and very quiet. The staff is very nice and always helpful. I recommend this place to everyone.

Leasing staff is awesome. Ive been here for a month so far its been quiet clean and overall a great place to live
