Delayed my flight, then canceled twice. Been waiting for more than four hours for my bag at least. Employees told me they are prioritizing bags for the flights that aren't canceled... poorly run company. 12+ hours of my life wasted so far

I don't understand why the people working at the airport are so idgaf about the customers problems. The problem being your plane didn't take off on time, making me miss the connecting flight that I was supposed to be on. Now you have me on a plane at 9 am tomorrow, rendering my hotel room void. The hotel won't move my reservation to tomorrow so I lose the money I paid for the room. Last time I flew was with Delta and I had no problems at all, I even got to watch a couple newer movies free of charge. Thumbs down for American airlines. I'll never use them again.
So here's the update for to the Phoenix airport the next day later than they said and now can't find my bags. There's got to be someone that works for this company that cares but I'm not finding them.
