I worked with Jody Gray. I don't recommend her for taxes. Save your money! I was with her for three years. I stayed that long because I paid more money up front so she could set everything up for my business and it's a lot of work to start over with someone else. I ended up paying a lot of money and all she did was input the data. I could've gone anywhere for that and paid much less! She didn't help me find any other possible deductions nor did she help me plan for future deductions. She was rude and condescending when I asked questions about restructuring my business to have a better tax advantage. I learned more in a 60 minute free consultation with my new tax firm than I did in 3 years with these people. I was finally done last year when I uploaded all of my tax documents to their portal. I never spoke to her once and then received an outrageous tax bill! I emailed her and asked her if we could talk about it. Her response? "What is there to talk about? You already gave me all the information." Then she got nasty with me and said she didn't have time to make any changes before the tax deadline and would have to file an extension. I asked her to please do that and she seemed quite pissed. Mind you, every year I start uploading my documents in January so they can get started on my returns before they get too busy. However, I have a couple of forms that I don't receive until about March. She got rude with me again and told me there's no point in giving her anything early and that "people don't do that" like I'm an idiot. To add insult to injury, they charged me extra for the extension which, in my opinion, it was her fault!
