I really enjoyed my experience with Mr. Robert Duskin and his CPA firm. They are friendly, and took time to answer my questions. The staff is professional and the office is centrally located. I also got a refund due to the knowledge they had of the tax breaks.

Ever since my CPA retired in 2023 my experience with Haynie & Company has been awful. While they offered to refund me for services since then which I appreciate since I was told to overpay in taxes in 2023 and my account had not been touched (according to them, despite my e-mails back and forth with their team) since November 2023, they have effectively left my small business in a bind by refusing to complete my 2023 taxes and W2/1099 filings as of this week. I'm honestly still in shock that this is how they have chosen to treat me considering I have been a client for years and referred other clients to them in the past. I do NOT recommend them whatsoever. Response to owner 1/30/24: I have emailed your team multiple times stating my disappointment with how your company handled the situation, giving them an opportunity to rectify the situation, but to no avail. Why your company did not respond to my initial email asking what I am supposed to do about my 2023 taxes and if your team would finish them is baffling. I have wasted countless hours not only emailing back and forth with your team, but cleaning up the mess your team left me with. At this point it is hard to believe your "customers' happiness is always (y)our highest priority" considering how absolutely awful my experience has been working with Haynie & Company over the course of the last 2 months. To say "when the going get's tough, Haynie & Company gets going," is more applicable. When I provided your team with constructive feedback they told me they didn't want to work with me anymore, ignored my questions about what I was supposed to do about my 2023 taxes, and later after more information came to light issued me a full refund for the past 2 months.

We have been utilizing Dustin and Dusking services since we moved to AZ a few years ago. Really nice people and make us feel like they care about us. Joanne is awesome and is enjoyable to chat with while going thru the numbers! :) Thanks for your help
