READ THE DDD POLICY MEDICAL MANUAL. ITS 826 PAGES LONG but TRUST ME. Your worker is supposed to be following your child's medicines and making sure the classes and dosages are correctly distributed. DDD is supposed to follow medical appointments and be in collaboration with the medical providers. Don't let them tell you they are not. DDD is supposed to attend IEP meetings to make sure schools of the state are supposed to be giving your child the best education and services are being in correlation. DDD is supposed to be involved with the CRS/DMG for your care services. Please write the governor at everything your worker is not abiding by. That is the only way things will change. Government entities try to use a term called Sovereign Immunity which they can't not be held liable for certain issues. To laws in Arizona we would need to know what these are, so contact the law library by email and they can send you ARS codes for the laws in place. DDd is not supposed to just come to your house and ask you what doctors your child goes to, when was dental, and what the next appointments are. DDD does this for case filing ONLY. To cover their butts for an audit. However, if your worker has never been to an IEP meeting your file will show this was not abided by. Your IEp meeting signings will show the facts of the worker not being involved in the implementation of your child's education needs. DDD has a lot of requirements by state law and federal law within this manual policy from the department which are supposed to be followed. If they do not EMAIL is good to keep up with!! Get everyone's email. The ddd workers, the supervisors, the ddd customer service, the administration of ddd, the caseworker at CRS, the insurance company you have email, the ahcccs quality management email, the governor's office, and whichever other person involved and when you email ANYTHING regarding the worker NOT doing their jobs or NOT following the manual put every last person on ONE email to address concerns. This policy is online and it is Not something DDd gives because they dont want you to know what your worker should be doing to abide by the laws in place. the policy refers to the laws of state and federal in the manual policy so that is enough to show what's not being abided by. Please search for it and read through it. Make sure your child is being taken care of like the department is required to do. There was so much the workers lied to about it was ridiculous to read.

You gotta know about this place. It's not easy to find. Services have great benefits for qualified individuals. This is not for everybody. Trying to get an appointment has been, at times, nearly impossible, but just like they gotta accept my trial and error, I gotta respect theirs. We, as clients, aren't the easiest to deal with. Special circumstances are on an individual basis.
