        Stopped her for my first burger on vacation. You order from the kiosks and pick your food up from the counter. Not very personable, thus why I only put a 3 star on service. But food was delicious!! We had burgers and fries with onions rings, which were super crispy!

        Friendly staff, good food and fast service. What more could you ask for? Very much enjoyed and recommend the Santa Barbra Charburger.

        After spending $50, got home checked 3 burgers. Edges of buns were burnt. One one burger, half of the bun was black from being burnt. Manager said he would send food coupons to replace the fifty we spent. HE LIED, LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE AND STILL NOTHING, LEFT A THIRD MESSAGE AND STILL NOTHING. TIME TO PUT IN A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE SENIORS. THERE IS A SENIOR ABUSE LAW HERE IN AZ
