Excellent team and atmosphere for agents. As a new agent, there are so many different directions you can take when first starting out and I am grateful to have landed on It's a Breeze. During my testing and education, they personally reached out to me along the way and supported each phase of my licensing. Naleka Pegueros did an amazing job of selling our property. 4 years ago we sold a house and that realtor we had then was very hard to work with, we hired a realtor to sell this property and literally nothing happened with it. Naleka was the best. She helped me sell my house, walked me through the entire process every step of the way. She stuck with us through a new build nightmare where there were nothing but delays and getting the run around from the builder. She consistently found solutions to every problem that arose, and stayed on top of it. Ultimately we found a great home we love, and got out of the new build nightmare.
