Integrated Medical Services - Cardiology

This is really bad seeing how they are not responding to the complaints I'm seeing online. Just to think I was going to pick them as a cardiologist I am so happy I did not I have chosen somewhere I also go. Once I see them start answering some of these clients and patients that are understandably upset, I will not change my review. In fact I'm almost tempted to go to the board of directors bed board and report these people.

Dr Rampal is amazing. He is very friendly and caring and he always takes the time to explain everything to me in a way I can understand .

The girl in the records office was fabulous. She went out of her way to get me what I needed. Pleasant and personable! Thank you!

Total waste of time; do not go here. The receptionists were rude upon me checking in. I gave them all information prior to my appointment. I was told that all my information from the hospital would be sent over as its on the same operating system. Upon getting there they said they didnt have the information and that I needed to reschedule. They have no idea what theyre doing.

I am a provider that needs to coordinate care with this organization. I have found that they will leave me on hold for 1 to 2 hours or sometimes more before I give up because I have not reached anybody. I cannot even fathom what its like to be a clients attempting to reach your provider with this organization.
