Bought a home from them and have been living in it for about 8 months now and all of the unfinished, broken or mold issues have yet to be completed and I have been exhaustively trying to get their customer care teams to help me but they either don't answer the phone or their email. Not happy with this builder.

Bought a Pulte home 2008 in the White Tanks there is a design flaw in the roofing which of course guarantees expires 10 yrs I have a major water leak from the the roof insurance doesn't cover due to design flaw can't afford to fix the roof several homes in this neighborhood have had the same problem. Pulte does not stand behind the homes they build will not fix their problems. Home buyers beware. This is by far our worst new home buying experience. Pulte is representing a company-first culture instead of a customer-first culture. We built a Shea home several years ago in AZ and it was an amazing experience (a stark contrast to what we are experiencing with Pulte). Dont just take my word for it. Take a look at the other reviews on Google and Instagram which describe the lack of true customer service. Our initial electricity bill was nearly $600 because of a downstairs AC issue (that still isnt resolved). We bought the home because of Pultes claim about energy efficiency and a superior HVAC system. We are so disappointed in the quality of our home. We had a leak/flood upstairs, our gate is literally falling off the post, and the quality of the paint and interior finishes is terrible (even though Pulte charged an exorbitant fee for the paint upgrade).
