Worst experience ever!!!! So extremely disappointed!!! Not even one bit close to what I ordered! Took the money and delivered 6 flowers!!!!! Avoid everyone who can!!!

I was a little concerned with all of the negative reviews. Placed order for same day delivery. Flowers (Roses) arrived in a nice arrangement and look healthy. Pleased with purchase.

Ordered a beautiful bereavement arrangement on a Friday for delivery the next day. Monday comes around and no attempt to deliver has been made. You cant reach this place, it goes straight to voicemail. No location to walk into to find out whats happening, its a private address. Save your money so you dont end up having the hassle of dealing with your bank to get it back.

The owner must feel because they have a business license they can legally steal from you. I ordered a Fruit Basket (order total $107.37) for my niece. They did not deliver it on the day I requested. I called & they said they would deliver the following day. I said they should have called me to let me know. The next afternoon, when my niece opened her front door to go out, the fruit basket was just sitting there. It was not a basket as I ordered, but a plastic bowl from the $ store. NO paper or bow around it. It had 3 small apples, 4 small oranges, 3 kiwi & 2 bananas. It was to include a small box of chocolate candy. What came was a plastic bag with about 10 pieces of wrapped candy in it. Except for the bananas, the fruit was not appealing at all. My niece sent me a picture of it. It looked like they took that plastic bowl, got some fruit they had sitting at home, the apples had brown spots, & didn't even bother to wrap it with cellophane. Talk about a presentation! I called the florist to complain. I asked for the owner. They said she would call me back. It is now the next day. I called her this morning & she wasn't in & I was told she would call me back. At 2:41 this afternoon I called again. I was told she was on another call. I said I would stay on the phone till she finished her call. After waiting 14 minutes, I hung up. When I called back their answer machine now gave me the name of another florist. They were now Blooming Day Floral. Their site says any complaints or questions to call them. I can't say they put a gun to my head, but I sure do feel like I've been robbed. I was a small business owner for 45 years & try to support small business. But I find their business ethics deplorable. Sad thing is owners like this have no moral conscience. But at the end of their message they do say "Have a Blessed Day."
