My husband and I stayed at this resort while we were in town for baseball. It was AMAZING!!!! The complex is quiet, well kept and the apartments are FULLY furnished. Everything you would need is provided for you in the apartment. AJ, the property manager, was super nice and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Arizona Smoking Regulation 36-601.01 states smoking is prohibited in common areas of common areas of apartment buildings, condominiums or other multifamily housing facilities. The 1978 law states smoking is permitted in outdoor patios so long as tobacco smoke does not enter areas where smoking is prohibited either through entrances, windows, ventilation systems, or other means. The management is responsible to tell smokers to stop smoking when complaints are made. This law along with the condo's own noise laws are not being enforced.
