        Please don't ignore all the bad reviews here. Please look at Yelp reviews also. My experience would also align with those. I brought a pair of Dockers slacks back because of double creases and a horrible mess on press job in the front as well. Spoke with a manager who declined to fix the press since it had been more than 6 months since they did them. The slacks plus detailed receipt were still in the plastic. If I owned this business, I'd fire the manager immediately. She makes a decision to reject an opportunity to provide reasonable customer service that would get a great review. She would also not have lost my business. This is an additional follow-up to this review. You can see the owners said they would contact me. Guess what? It's been over 4 days and I haven't heard a word. That says a lot about this company. Buyer beware!
