Never have had an issue here before. Went to the minute clinic for cold/flu had 3 prescriptions sent into the pharmacy there, the lady told me to let me know i am waiting. I walked up to the drop off window to let them know i was waiting Katelyn asked me if i was who i was and she said go ahead in get in line theyre ready. I was shocked But so happy i even commented how quick they were filled she said I know its because i work here hahah I love it! Hope she stays around shes awesome.

Poor customer service in person and on phone. I had rx called in here and when trying to get update remembered why I quit CVS in past. Their store appears understaffed to me.

My mom just got charged 150 for the minute clinic to tell her she has high blood pressure, we are aware of that, almost wouldn't let her leave and made her make another appointment idk what for when they didn't even help with the actual ailment she has. The reason she went was to get treatment for sinus congestion which they ignored that all together.. save yourself 150 and go anywhere else.

Absolute garbage service. Was made to pay for my son's prescription even though it's covered by insurance. Firstly the pharmacist never asked for the insurance information. Secondly when I asked her to run his insurance I was told we don't have time since we're closing. Mind you they still had an hour till closing time, and no cars behind us in the pickup lane. Definitely switching pharmacies.
