I purchased items online and decided I did not need them anymore. Expected the order to cancel but to my surprise I looked on my app and saw the order was not cancelled it showed picked up. After speaking with someone online and a couple managers in store the issue is still not resolved. The product is still in store and was scanned out by an employee, instead of cancelling the order for me they want me as they customer to go above and beyond to get the issue resolved. It sounds like some internal issues are going on with orders being marked as picked up but the costumer was never in store to verify the ID. Besides the fact instead of resolving this easily for the customer as this is an Ulta internal mistake the customer needs to go above and beyond to fix this issue. Very disappointed with the customer service. I hope these internal issues are resolved and no other customers orders are marked as picked up without verifying an ID.

I went in today looking for some make up and this super cool chick with the cutestttttt outfit asked me if I needed help, clearly I had no idea which items to pick! She pointed out her favs and showed me what I would need she matched my color perfect!!!! If you need any help at this ulta Denise was amazing! Will def go back and have her help me pick out all kinds of goodies!!

They usually have what I'm looking for. Very clean and staff is helpful in finding products. If there's a line to check out I've never had to wait more than 7-8 minutes. Very pleasant experience.
