I called because my son's gaming computer wasn't staying powered on. Diagnostics were done quickly and options were given! Extremely knowledgeable! Quick, friendly, and really cares about the quality of parts being used! Now the computer is fully functioning and perfectly working! Thank you so much, I'd recommend to anyone!

John fixed my my elderly neighbor friends computer within hours of us taking it to him. He is honest, very reasonable, and communicated with us from the time we dropped us our laptop to him to the time he dropped it off to us. He answers calls immediately and replies to texts within minutes. He has the kindest heart and is willing to go the extra mile to help someone out. He donated a keyboard and mouse to my neighbor, who is on a fixed income. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! John with JB computers is the absolute best!!!

Brought it in around 10PM Friday night after trying and failing to install components myself on a custom PC build, got a call almost 2 hours later saying it is up and running as needed! Not easy or cheap to find someone who knows their way around a motherboard and solder - will 100% be taking my business here from now on if I encounter any further issues. Friendly, polite, and genuinely passionate about his work.
