JDR Contracting Inc. recently completed an addition to our "Payson" model home. The work was completed with competent subs and resulted in a structure as per design. Jeff is detailed oriented and insisted on results which met our expectations. Minor changes in design were completed with no issues. Jeff knows how to use a "hammer". We contracted with JDR to construct a 3-car garage addition to our home and replace approximately 3,000 sq ft of roofing. Jeff and his team completed both projects professionally and efficiently. I've used JDR for several of my projects and I've always been very satisfied with the results. We've used them to paint both the interior and exterior of our old home, the interior of our new home, and most recently JDR completed our backyard earlier this year. Jeff from JDR contracting came over to give me a quote on putting luxury vinyl flooring in my house. I also had him give me a quote on tearing down my old shed and building a new one. He built a 10' by 24' shed for me and I am extremely happy. The quality of the work and materials is excellent. Jeff knows what he's doing. His top priority is making sure that the customer is happy with the work he does and he gets a 10 out of 10 from me. He is also a kind and patient person because I was constantly asking questions and I changed a few things but he never got upset with me at all. His assistant Luis also did an excellent job. As soon I can clear some stuff out of my house he will be putting in my floors for me and I just can't wait. I also have a few other projects that need to be taken care of and Jeff is the one that I'll be calling from now on to do the work for me. Service: Accessory building construction
