        The West Valley has not had a lot of options for the last nine years that we've been here. It is so nice to start seeing some higher-end restaurants going in within a 15 minute drive. Cooper's Hawk is one of my very favorite places. I love the wine tasting and meeting new people while I'm standing there. I think the food is a good quality for the price. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and can be intimate... good for a date night. Staff are exceptional and do a great job making us feel welcome and taking good care of us. I've had lots of great experiences with them going over and above what I would have expected. I've tried wines that I've never had before. In the winter they had a spiced white and a spiced red. I have never had warm wines before these were pretty incredible. I ended up buying a couple bottles for the holidays My family loved them.
