If you are considering buying a home in the Sun City communities, I highly recommend Carla Young. As an out of state buyer, I was looking for someone who both knows the area and actually lives within the community. Carla not only fits the criteria but with her expertise in YouTube and videography, she offers a unique perspective. Her videos are very helpful and informative. I knew she was the right agent for me.
I allowed myself one week to visit the area to look at as many properties as I could in order to find the right one. Carla was ready. She was so well organized and prepared, it made the whole process painless.
