Looking for a property manager? There is NO ONE better than Russ and his company Homeium. The level of service and professionalism is unlike any property management company out there. He goes above and beyond with his services. He does not nickel and dime with fee add ons left and right. He is upfront about the cost and what you will receive when management your property with him.
Personally I have sent many of my clients to Russ for their property management needs that he ends up making ME look good because of how impressed they are with him.

Homeium's owner is great! He personally answers when you call. He makes himself available for all questions - for renters, property owners, and people considering becoming landlords alike. He has a plethora of experience and his fees are fair. He's very friendly and professional. Highly recommend him.

Russ Sorensen has been in property managment for over a decade. He is great at walking a new property owner through what needs to be done to properly rent out their property. Also, most important he answers his phone. You will not have to wait more than 24 hours if he has to call you back. He is knowledgeable and reachable.

Russ is a terrific Property Manager. I refer my clients, who are looking to rent a home, to him and I refer him to all the Realtors underneath me. He takes care of all our clients throughout the Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas.
