I have been with valley respiratory for 4 years with the same CPAP machine. Last week I received the wrong supplies and was told I have to pay for the water tank because I opened it. And the person on the phone said she is the one who took my order and verified what machine I had. It was not verified. Maybe she mentioned the machine model but I have had the same machine for 4 years. And they wont ship me new supplies until they receive the wrong items they sent me. After reading all the bad reviews on here I will be finding another provider.

Where are the negative star ratings? Because I would give this place a negative 5 stars, if I could. If you are a doctors office, PLEASE DO NOT involve these folks in your operations. They are terrible at everything, and if you get involved with them, they will drag you down with them. From a patient's perspective, they are incredibly unprofessional, unhelpful, inefficient, seemingly inexperienced and ineffective at customer service. The staff is slow to respond, and is usually ineffective when they actually do respond. They make insurance processing mistakes very frequently, costing the patient time and money. To their credit, the staff is probably stressed, overworked, and underpaid, given their unfriendly and rude attitudes (private medical companies prioritizing profit over all else, which ultimately affects the staff and therefore, affects the patients). They have an online portal that I had to sign up for, hmebillpay, and they do not seem to use it themselves, and could not find the messages that I sent them weeks prior to them calling me on the phone about the very thing I had previously messaged them about. When I called the insurance company to sort out what Valley Respiratory said was an issue, the insurance company said they had no idea what Valley Respiratory was talking about, and there was no problem at all. Turns it was a problem of competence on Valley Respiratory's side - nothing at all was wrong on the insurance side of things. I dont see why this had to turn into a research project, and why that was even my responsibility to begin with. It is interesting how the reviews dramatically changed, starting about 2-3 yrs ago (2020 - 2021). I wonder what happened 2-3 years ago that made their reviews go from mostly good reviews, to immediately, mostly bad reviews. Again, if you are a healthcare provider, avoid this company at all costs. They are not professional or effective, and make a lot of mistakes with insurance that I have never encountered anywhere else. And they are usually rude on the phone - probably because they are stressed, underpaid, and overworked.

Extremenley inefficient. I've been trying to replace a broken CPAP for about 7 months now. From unprofessional, missing documents, terrible internal communication to lack of empathy this company is the worst. I've been months without therapy and at this point I rather choke to dead by the sleep apnea than deal with Valley Respiratory. Don't waste your time here
