Deb's Fun with Flowers

I ordered an arrangement for a dear friend of mine who had just recently lost her father. I picked a beautiful arrangement and placed the order. The arrangement cost $73.91. The day of delivery I received an email from the florist providing a picture of what was delivered. Needless to say it looked NOTHING like the arrangement advertised. It had many 3 small plants in a basket with all kinds of bare area. I was embarrassed to say the least! I called the florist and spoke to the owner. I explained my concern only to be given excuses. The owner never apologized or offered any sort of resolution. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. I would include pictures if I could.

Very pretty flowers and I love that she is a local artist..The delivery person accidentally delivered the wrong bouquet to my recipient. The reasoning was that the 2 bouquets were similar. He ended up taking the wrong flowers back, going back to the house where he delivered my bouquet, exchanged the bouquets, and re-delivered to my recipient the correct bouquet. This happened on Mother's Day 2021. I messaged Debra after the incident and she assured me she was aware if the situation and that it was taken care of. I appreciated her quick response and the effort put into correcting the mixup.
