Theresa has been unprofessional, non-responsive and rude in regards to my Aunts Trust. My Aunt passed in November of 2019 and Theresa Whitfield has yet to settle and distribute her assets to her beneficiaries. We have also filed a complaint with the Arizona Supreme Court. Avoid this person/firm.

Theresa has taken advantage of my grandmother , locking her finances up and allowing a woman named Betty to spend it however she pleases . She has violated the dignity and basic human rights of an elderly woman. I will be filing with the state against her to open an investigation! I hate knowing she has done this to others .

Im glad I dodged a bullet looking at these reviews. I was assigned Teresa.No phone call no Email nothing.No text nothing.No updates.No contact for a whole month. I am going somewhere else.Its all one sided. I need some one reliable when I need something and this is not the place for wise finances. Im done with this place.Special Needs trust does not need to go through this.
