        I'd give zero stars if I could. I handed him my taxes and for 6 weeks I called numerous times sent emails and got nothing no response. he hadn't even looked at my taxes when I went to pick them up less than a week before they were due. He also does not carry tax preparer liability insurance and does not proactively advise clients of this.

        My new tax preparer found an error on previous tax return and after 2 letters to Mr. Frick he has not responded or offered to pay for the refile fee and IRS tax penalty.
