        After much trepidation, my wife decided to move forward with surgery to remove a diseased portion of her colon. Dr. Ramanujam was highly recommended by our gastroenterologist. We met with Dr. Ramanujam in his office and he was quite charming and took all the time we needed to explain everything and put our minds at ease. The surgery took place a few weeks later at Banner Boswell and couldn't have gone better. Considering that this was major surgery, my wife's post-op recovery was fast and she suffered only moderate pain. Dr. Ramanujam was always there for her after the surgery and was willing to patiently answer questions. I highly recommend this surgeon.

        I was just diagnosed with colon cancer and I was very scared of the unknown. I looked up everything I could and many colorectal surgeons in town and everywhere I looked and physician I spoke with highly recommended Dr. Najafian. From the first minute he meets you he makes you feel at ease and tells you everything will be ok and walks you through the whole process. He is very hands on and manages every aspect of the surgery and everyone have to answer to him. He was truely amazing surgeon and cured me. I can't thank him enough for giving my life back. Thank you!
