We cannot say enough about Mike Reppy! We came to him in hopes he could sell our Aunts house in Sun City West. The house required a lot of work and we were feeling very overwhelmed! We are in CA and the idea of dealing with it was daunting to say the least. Mike took it all into his own hands. He hired the contractors needed for the jobs (people he trusts and has worked with for many many years) and he met with them for all the work that needed to be done. He has also worked construction in the past so we were confident he knew the work was being done right. Not once did he make us feel like we were putting him out for all the time he had to put into getting the house ready to sell. Once the house was on the market he fought to get it sold in a timely manner. I would recommend him over and over again. If you are looking for a realtor who is going to work hard for you Mike is the right choice!

Mike was so helpful with sale of my parent's home after their tragic passing. If you are looking for an honest and straight forward realtor, he's the one for you! This was the fourth house my parents had purchased through Mike in the last 10 years and always talked so highly of him, we wouldn't have thought of using anyone else. Thank you so much Mike!

I am an investor from out of state. I was having trouble selling my house, it was on the market for 2 months. I decided to change listing agents. I found Mike on Google. I choose Mike b/c of the positive reviews. After speaking with Mike I was impressed by he knowledge of the area and confidence he could sell my house. Mike was able to put my house under contract the FIRST weekend. I highly recommend Mike and look forward to working with him in the future.
